1. Shaping treatment of the flow metal surface of the pump casing and impeller

·Clean and remove dust, paint and oil on the metal surface (use cleaning agent 755)

3. Sandblasting treatment on the metal surface of water pump casing and impeller

·Clean the substrate surface, good wetting

I. Visible dirt: grease, scale, rust and other pollutants

II. Invisible dirt: acid and alkali residues, salt chemicals

Sa2.5: There should be no visible oxide scale, rust, coating and attachments on the surface of the steel, and the traces of any residue should be only slight spots or stripes.

4. Repair of metal surface defects of water pump casing and impeller

·Use Loctite supermetal repair agent to repair the surface defects of the water pump casing and impeller over-flow metal, fill in the low recesses and make the metal surface smooth.

Precautions:

I. Loctite supermetal repair agent should be mixed in a small amount, especially when the ambient temperature is high;

II. When filling low recesses, the surface should be fully moistened before filling. Be careful not to produce bubbles, pinholes, collapse and other coating defects

5. Scrape a layer of metal surface of water pump shell and impeller

·Apply Loctite to brush ceramic protective agent on the metal surface of the water pump shell and impeller.

skills requirement:

I. The thickness of the coating is less than 0.05mm (scratch against the metal surface)

II. The coating is even and smooth, without missing coating or sagging

6. Two layers of scraping coating on the metal surface of water pump casing and impeller

·Apply Loctite brush to apply ceramic protective agent to the water pump shell and impeller metal surface to coat the second layer

skills requirement:

I. Coating thickness is about 0.3~0.5mm

II. The coating is even and smooth, without missing coating or sagging
