Hydraulic pipe bending and ferrule pre-installation

Our company introduced the dual-purpose machine UNIPRESS PRE-FL/01 for pre-installation and flaring of ferrule, which can be pre-installed with DIN2353 ferrule connector, and the pressure needs to be adjusted before each operation. Equipped with a flaring module, it can complete a 37-degree flaring with an outer diameter of 6 to 42. It can process stainless steel pipes (AISI 316 TI) and carbon steel pipes (ST 37.4) with a maximum wall thickness of 4mm. It can also provide 12V power supply, which is an ideal Outdoor construction assistant.

The pipe bender imported by our company from Germany can easily process hard hydraulic pipes within φ32-φ10, and the deformation of the processed pipe is extremely small. And it is small in size and can be processed outside.
